How is it October already?! I mean, I’m happy because it’s my favorite month, but I feel like September just began. I guess moving will make the time fly, huh?
So yes, I moved and I’m still getting settled in my new place – there’s so much that still has to get done. It’s not even funny, really. I honestly wanted to cry the entire last week of September. At least the worst is over (I hope) and soon the new place will feel like home.
Anyway, I definitely came out of that reading slump I was in back in August. The problem was that I didn’t have as much time to read as I wanted to. I’m still in the middle of an ARC of a book coming out in November, but I hope to get it finished soon so I can review it before it’s released! As far as purchases went this past month, they were mostly ebook buys that were lower than $2.99 each, so I didn’t spend quite as much as past months. I did buy two physical books though… I just like them more than ebooks.
Not to mention I got approved for four or five new ARCs on NetGalley… so there’s those too. I should probably hold off on buying new ones for a while.
