I probably say this every time I write up a TBR, but I’m not very good at sticking to them. I guess the idea of a list and checking them off as I read is why I still write them though. Same thing goes for my to-do lists. That’s just the downside of being a mood reader, I suppose. The good thing is that most of us are mood readers, so you all understand what I’m talking about.
And if you’re one of those who can plan a TBR and stick to it… I envy you.
In any case, there are some books I feel have more fall vibes than other books, so I put those into consideration when making my list. And others are just ones I’d like to get to soon.

I’m the same way — I’ve stopped coming up with these huge monthly TBRs because I never, ever finish them. Instead, I’m doing like…4-5 books I SHOULD read bc they’re due or something. I’m not holding myself to a strict tbr anymore. Too much of a mood reader. I hope you enjoy these when you get to them!

Same, I’m such a mood reader! I make a goal to stick to atleast one tbr book & I think that does feel more successful taking it a little at a time. Enjoy your tbr!!
