‘Midnights’ Book Tag

Let me start off with the fact that I’m not really a Swiftie. I’ve just never been a big Taylor Swift fan, but I’ve liked some of her songs here and there. But for some unknown reason, when Midnights was released last month, I decided to give it a listen all the way through and I was surprised to like most of the album.

I found this tag at Narrative Paradise, and I’m glad I did as it saved me from searching for some type of book tag to do.

Taylor Swift ‘Midnights’ Book Tag

LAVENDER HAZE

Prompt: “Meet me at midnight!” – Lavender Haze. Find a book where there’s a secret or forbidden romance and the couple has to sneak around.

MAROON

Prompt: A book with a friends to lovers trope. “You were my closest friend.”

ANTI-HERO

Prompt: A book that makes you root for the anti-hero.

By far my favorite on the record because it’s literally my life’s theme song.

SNOW ON THE BEACH FEATURING LANA DEL RAY

Prompt: A book written by two authors. Bonus if they’re best friends.

Roomies by Sara Zara and Tara Altebrando

YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN, KID

Prompt: “I’ll run away.” A book where the character runs from their problems.

MIDNIGHT RAIN

Prompt: “He wanted a bride, I was making my own name.”

More Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet by Lola Douglas

QUESTION…?

Prompt: Find a book that has the miscommunication trope. “Miscommunications and I.”

The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood

VIGILANTE SHIT

Prompt: A book where the character goes through a bad breakup.

Princess Mia by Meg Cabot

BEJEWELED

Prompt: “Sadness became my whole sky.” Find a book that made you cry.

Other Ever Afters by Melanie Gillman

LABYRINTH

Prompt: A book where the character has a panic attack. “Breathe in, breathe through, breathe deep, breathe out.”

The Boyfriend List by E. Lockhart

SWEET NOTHING

Prompt: “All that you ever wanted from me was sweet nothing.”

MASTERMIND

Prompt: A book with a plot twist you didn’t see coming.

I’m still reeling from the end of this book… and it’s been like a year since I read it.

The Return by Rachel Harrison

Yeah, so I did the shortened version of this, instead of going with the 3AM edition of the album. Book tags get tiring if they’re too long, and the version I found was way too long for my liking. Plus, again, I’m not really a real Swiftie or anything… just a casual fan of some songs. I will, however, go to her other records and take full listen to them instead of just the couple songs I like… just to see if there are any more favorites that come my way.
