My 2022 DNF List

December 31, 2022December 28, 20221 Comment

We made it y'all! Happy (almost) New Year! Who else is ready for 2023? I will say it again and again, I'm glad I started DNF-ing books when I can't get into them because life is way too short to read books I'm not enjoying. And there are way too many books that I want … Continue reading My 2022 DNF List

2023 Gilmore Girls Reading Challenge

December 29, 2022January 10, 20234 Comments

No, this isn't the Rory Gilmore Reading Challenge... that one is just nuts! I applaud anyone who does that challenge, whether in an entire year or over the course of time. There's so many classics and other books that I just would never be able to read because I'd lose interest so quickly. Anyway, this … Continue reading 2023 Gilmore Girls Reading Challenge

2023 Bookish Goals and Reading Tracker

December 27, 20223 Comments

The end of the year comes so quickly, but the actual last two weeks of the year seem to take forever. At least this year it did. I still can't believe it's almost 2023 though. How have the past few years gone by so fast?? Anyway, since 2023 is nearly here, I wanted to share … Continue reading 2023 Bookish Goals and Reading Tracker

22 Books I Want to Read in 2022 (results)

December 21, 20222 Comments

I know it's not quite the end of the year, but I'm posting this a bit early since I know I won't be reading any of the rest of these before 2023. Anyway, at the end of last year I picked 22 books I wanted to read in 2022. As one could predict, despite reading … Continue reading 22 Books I Want to Read in 2022 (results)

Recently DNF’d Books

December 16, 20225 Comments

One thing I try not to do is review books that I've marked as DNF. I don't even like to review books I've given 1-2 stars to in some cases, unless I really feel the need to share my opinion, but one thing I would never do is tag the author in a bad review … Continue reading Recently DNF’d Books

November 2022 Wrap Up

December 3, 2022November 29, 2022Leave a comment

November was the worst month I've had for reading this year. Which is fine, it's not like I need to read 11-16 books a month to be happy, but it was frustrating because I wanted to read something but at the same time nothing appealed to me. The only thing I wanted to do all … Continue reading November 2022 Wrap Up

One of my favorite manga series. It’s so cute (and only 3 volumes!). I definitely recommend this one to anyone new to manga so they don’t get overwhelmed😅
A series I highly recommend. It’s 12 books long, but you wouldn’t know it with how fast it goes by. Eye opening and intense is the best way to describe it.
My review for Love on the Brain is up on my blog! Even though I have a bad relationship with science, I enjoyed reading about women in STEM.
#QOTD: Do you read graphic novels?
Already started a book for the #tbrtacklechallenge! Going with the shortest book since I do have to get it back to the library soon 😅
Happy February all! January was a rough month for me personally, so here’s hoping this month is filled with better news and blessings!
